These Terms of Use apply to websites, applications, educational products, and related services operated by Wortex Services Inc. By using a product, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented to you.

Educational purpose

Our products provide education, practice, and exam preparation. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional certification, or a guarantee of any examination or employment outcome. Always use independent professional judgment and follow applicable clinical standards.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that violates an applicable subscription plan or use another person’s account without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, submit identifiable patient information, reproduce protected content beyond permitted personal use, or use the products in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Content and intellectual property

The products, software, design, educational materials, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership may belong to Wortex, an independent creator, or a licensed third party. Your access is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product as intended; it does not transfer ownership.

Subscriptions and purchases

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial conditions, and refund rules are shown at purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s billing and refund policies. You are responsible for cancelling through the same platform used to subscribe when required.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We work to keep services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Wortex disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these provisions may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful activity, security risk, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law.
